Common Good has all the best parts of a great coworking space, coffee shop, private office, and business networking community, but adds an intentionality to the relational side of work that I haven't found anywhere else. People weren't meant to work alone—and certainly weren't meant to spend every day working in the same place where they sleep and live. It took me far too long to realize how unhealthy working from home had become for me after doing it for six months. I've tried several different coworking spaces, and regardless of the photos, amenities, or location, you really don't know whether you'll like a shared workspace until you spend time with the people there. That's what makes Common Good different. It's become a genuine community of entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders who are helping me become a better person and a better business leader. The relationships and business connections have become every bit as valuable to me as the workspace itself. I have one of the private offices, which gives me a quiet, professional place to work while still being connected to the larger community. I'm able to bring team members, clients, and job applicants into my office with confidence and pride—which is a huge upgrade from working from home or meeting at a coffee shop. John Hall is a great landlord, but he's an even better a facilitator of a community committed to building healthier people, healthier leaders, and healthier businesses. If you're looking for a private office, coworking space, business community, or simply a better alternative to working from home in Columbia, MO, Common Good is my top recommendation.

Recently moved to town and joined this community/coworking spacing. It's an awesome group of people who genuinely care about helping each other succeed. Great place to build relationships and grow within a really supportive environment.
